Now that DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) has been established and Elon Musk is running the show with cutting spending, what a better time to talk about Vivek Ramaswamy who is currently in the Race for the Governor of Ohio and some Americans are against DOGE. 


Shocking New Information: On November 13, 2023 2 years before Elon Musk DOGE implements Government Efficiency Vivek Ramaswamy posted a very harsh and brazen post:

Everyone was surprised when Vivek left DOGE and nobody actually received a cohesive answer as to why Vivek was left out of DOGE and there was a lot of speculation. 

In now a shocking revelation of the above post from Vivek Ramaswamy it doesn't coincide of what Vivek told the public as seen from Liberty Vault Video, a interview with Vivek that Flagrant had with Vivek 

"Vivek Ramaswamy - Why I Left the DOGE Project" "The short story I can give you the short story is, it evolved from a focus on where I was focused legal constitutional issues legislative issues of if you want to save a lot of money you got to do through legislation if you want to look at the Supreme Court landscape for the last few years it says a lot of these regulations are unconstitutional that's where I had been focused." - Vivek. 

Americans and Ohioans are being told the truth.
That isn't the case as seen in the post made by Ramaswamy in November 2023 on Facebook. Who's being dishonest with the American people, Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, President Donald J Trump? 1 year later to the month November 2024 Donald Trump Statement that Elon Musk will join Vivek Ramaswamy.

The idea that Vivek had 2 years ago seems very cold and calculated and cruel towards Americans. The federal government is the single largest employer of veterans in this countryThere are currently 2.278 million civilian federal employees. 

Was it easier for Elon Musk who had already established a Social Media Company X to hype the masses and get Americans on board by firing 50% of the workforce in our Government? 

A major concern on federal employee's is major layoffs or take a buyout or be fired. Recent concerns also on, HB1-Visa's abuse and given out to too many people. What happens to these Americans with no job, what about Veterans? Was Elon Musk made to be the chisel and chainsaw man on Americans and our Government while Vivek was given the opportunity to be the next Governor of Ohio? Favors for a favor?

During CPAC 2025 Argentina’s Milei explains his chainsaw methods and likens them to Musk’s DOGE. Elon Musk was parading himself on stage with a chainsaw, they left out the chisel, maybe it would have become too obvious. I hope at this point you are now asking yourselves more questions then you have answers as to why there was a switcheroo from Vivek to Elon and were Americans once again Gaslighted? What came first: the chicken or the egg? 

Who sold Ohio out? No Vivek isn't a Hero for stepping aside from DOGE. What else isn't he telling Ohioans? He is now again telling a different story and apparently others are leaving out pertinent information. Why?

Was Vivek picked to run for Ohio's Governor because Elon took over the idea from 2 years ago? Is Vivek being endorsed to appease or to silence what has happened by Elon running the show so Vivek didn't become disgruntled or make waves? Of course I am speculating that he may have become disgruntled if he didn't get established within any public office. Donald Trump, Elon Musk and other conservatives endorsed Vivek for the Governor of Ohio pretty quickly and even Donald Trump Jr is now on the scene. At this point I feel betrayed and I think others will feel the same and some will say, "no I don't, I voted for it." I'd say no you didn't vote for Vivek Ramaswamy, you voted for Trump.

How many people actually know that post from Nov 2023 from Vivek? I know I didn't until a couple of days ago. Everyone believes it was over a post from Elon Musk HB1-Visa calling people retarded and now wearing a tech shirt just reinforces what Elon true beliefs are, Americans are retarded while Vivek is calling Americans lazy and Vivek the DOGE team went into different direction. That simply isn't the truth. Elon Musk did bring back the slur retard though. 

Some states are taking action to implement DOGE into their State.

They just might be pushing people in states to walk away from the Republican Party and are upset as seen in the Video of a Town hall meeting in Great Bend, KS over the firing of America's Veterans.

No Doubt Vivek Ramaswamy who's running for Gov. of Ohio will use a type of DOGE model against Ohioans. While he calls for Insane Asylums that he told his Ohio Audience, the harsh reality is when you turn your back on Veterans their Mental Health declines. We know what Vivek will do, what will you do to save Veterans across America? Stay Silent?

Take Ohio's Current Federal Civilian Employment, employed 55,487 people.  If Vivek is voted for the next Governor of Ohio, his cruel harsh brazen post from Nov of 2023 stating and boasting there isn't anything anyone can do about it, Ohioans would have a job loss of over 27,000 plus people and that would include Veterans. Ohio has over 700,000 Veterans. Ohio cares about Veterans, On Nov. 07, 2024 Gov. DeWine pushes for Ohio businesses to hire veterans. "What You Need To Know November is Hire-a-Veteran Month" and gave Veterans a employment tool to use. What good is the tool if there aren't enough jobs in Ohio to cover the collateral damage of Veterans losing jobs and other Americans? How many suicides' will occur, we need to ask those questions and take it very seriously.

I voted for Trump not golden global citizenry in the United States of America. That was Biden administration and his global citizenry changing America into global citizenry and handing jobs over to foreigners! The stats above doesn't even include the millions of Illegals that are currently in America.

Apparently the current Commerce Department should stay out of foreign policy. Because the commerce department currently is going to fast track golden global citizenry in the United States of America. Trumps $5 million dollar golden ticket being sold as it's a great thing. It's not. With the stats of Chinese students & India students just provided and with the current illegals within America:

That just reinforces how it's going to affect Americans within the future job sector, and who has more foreign influence in America and over Americans.

No one in the Republican party is talking about the following and I find it alarming that Republicans are going along with it and it's being sold to the American people that foreign money and foreign influence will bring down the deficit. There will be consequences.

America is going being filled with global citizenry by getting a fast track to America who are millionaires and billionaires to purchase a $5 million dollar golden ticket to come to America. 

Are we now Selling Out America's Future? While the immediate idea looks bright it simply isn't.250,000 waiting in line? Then after that another 250,000 and so on, that's extremely large amounts of foreign influence that will be in America.

The consequences, the foreign elites over America's middle class and the poor.

The potential of global foreign citizens in America that are millionaires and billionaires brings influences on America's Government by way of policies and laws and even job growth within the United States of America, once they established themselves within the United States of America they will have greater influence on foreign policies and other policies and they will have an opportunity to change America as we know it, that isn't make America 1st or MAGA, that's bringing in massive amounts of foreign influence into the United States of America, that gives them a future say with a lot of money how the future of America will be.

It seems America future will be "United in Greater Foreign Influence" I think Howard Lutnick is missing a few screws in his toolbox.

In Cleveland, Ohio, Numerous complaints by tenants who have waited years for fixes within their homes and channeling through many different Rental Property Management Companies who either don't call back, do patch work, never show up and in some cases the tenants' water has been shut off and non licensed contractors show up! The LLC's or Corporations are never held accountable!


Special Investigation Report on Ghostly Spanish Cay LLC out of Casper, Wyoming.

In recent years Cleveland homes have been purchased up and rented out with many different Property Management Companies handling Properties, it's no longer a single landlord but a LLC/Corporation purchasing up properties not to fix and flipped them and make a one time sale, now purchasing many homes at a lower price and renting them out is more profitable while the LLC increase rental prices.

LLC/Corporations hire a Rental Management Company and the LLC wash their hands from dealing with the tenant, and currently lawmakers are not talking about the Tenant Landlords laws in each State that the LLC/Corporations are not following, prime example is "Ghostly" Spanish Cay LLC who has purchased over 20 properties in Cleveland Ohio and many complaints by tenants over the years,  many tenants do not understand tenant landlord laws and tenants are taken advantage of, they either pay their rent or get evicted while their ceiling has been leaking for years and years or water bills hasn't been paid by the property owner.

When an LLC is in debt to a city in back taxes and has run through all the Property Management Companies, what's left of the LLC? to file Bankruptcy leaving the tenants in limbo? Stricker tenant landlord Laws need to be addressed to make sure the tenant never has to deal with an LLC like Spanish Cay LLC who's simply put, is a deadbeat property owner for Clevelanders.

Recently Spanish Cay sold some land on East 36th Street and made a profit of $10,000.00 it was signed off by Davis Hardcastle who is a authorized signer for Spanish Cay LLC. Hardcastle's client partial list include Interpublic Group, Blackstone, Kroger, Cummins, Bloomberg, Lennar Homes, African Wildlife Foundation, Migration Policy Institute. Currently Wall Street has spent billions buying homes. A crackdown is looming. "Lawmakers say investors that scooped up hundreds of thousands of houses to rent out are driving up home prices" -Fox News. Lawmakers are not talking about the deadbeat LLC/Corporation who isn't following tenant landlord laws or holding these deadbeat LLC/Corporation accountable for screwing over their tenants.

What brought Spanish Cay LLC to further investigate them? Tenants. Properties not being maintained for years and years. See tenants concerns here
and web search reviews.

Spanish Cay LLC started purchasing Rental Properties in The City of Cleveland, Ohio around 2018. Currently they owe back taxes, water & sewage and street light maintenance and other maintenance in the amount of $54,439.79. They have several Housing Misdemeanors besides the delinquencies on back taxes and other maintenance, they also failed to appear in court on 10/13/21 due to a health code minor misdemeanor citation that was issued from the City of Cleveland Municipal Court Housing Division on 8/16/21. A judgment was issued causing a lien to be placed in the amount of $35,507.00, property is located in the zip code area of 44105. Spanish Cay is in debt to the City of Cleveland in the amount of $89,946.79.

Can you imagine if you as a renter didn't pay your rent? You would be evicted, Sheriffs would be knocking at your door and removing you and your property! Guess what? Deadbeat Properties owners Spanish Cay LLC has filed evictions on numerous tenants in Cleveland and Toledo, Ohio. 10 from Toledo Ohio and 18 Landlord Tenant - Evictions in Cleveland, Ohio! Ghostly Spanish Cay LLC uses numerous Property Rental Management Companies to collect rent and to do their dirty work, dirty work of filing evictions but not the dirty hard work of maintaining their properties.

There is now a new case that has been filed from TREASURER OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO against Spanish Cay LLC on 10/25/24 a Tax Foreclosure.
The affected area of Cleveland, Ohio Tenants are in the following zip codes and I have linked the Council Members and their Wards to their zip codes 44108, 44104, 44112, 44103, 44110, 44105, 44120. Please note: Some Wards may have several different council members in their Ward and information will be sent to the Council Members to further address these issues.

Spanish Cay LLC has used many different addresses. The ghostly LLC Spanish Cay seems to have traveled a bit, they started out in Casper Wyoming then a mailing address to a PO Box in Vancouver Washington you can't find a business property they're located at, no website, no logo for their business and at one point the business address was a UPS address.. The Secretary of State of Wyoming is showing Spanish Cay LLC "Inactive" - Administratively "Dissolved" Delinquent in taxes, Sarah Pearson (Organizer.) Wyoming Business Standing: Standing RA is Delinquent, "Delinquent" means it is without a registered agent. Spanish Cay LLC in Wyoming shows a mailing address of a PO Box in Vancouver, WA and owes more taxes beside what they owe the City of Cleveland, Ohio.

Spanish Cay LLC has used several different Rental Management Companies throughout the years of being in Cleveland, Ohio and Toledo, Ohio, they really never fix or maintain the properties. Here are the following that Spanish Cay LLC has used:
  • (Yellowtail Property Management LLC Cleveland Heights.10/6/2018 name appears again SARAH PEARSON as (Name of Statutory Agent in Ohio, from Ohio Secretary of State Business Filings. STEPHEN SEAL as MANAGER. No business Website)
  • ( Street Light Property Management LLC Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Also shows on Ohio Secretary of State a STEPHEN SEAL same address and name as Yellow Tail Property Management LLC with no business name change with the Secretary State of Ohio )
  • Buckeye Northwest Realty LLC Toledo, Ohio Managing Agent for Spanish Cay, LLC. SPANISH CAY,A WYOMING LLC has 18 Properties in Toledo, Ohio and owe back taxes in the amount of $15,673.19
  • *NEW* Now Spanish Cay LLC is using a new Rental Management Company out of Baltimore Maryland, called Riparian Management LLC that manage properties in Detroit, Pittsburgh and now Cleveland. Currently no Rental properties showing for Cleveland, Ohio on their Website. Reviews on Riparian are mix, there are several issues with properties & tenants.
I haven't called any of the Rental Management Companies regarding Spanish Cay LLC to see if Spanish Cay stiffed them for any services such as legal fees for filing evictions on Cleveland's tenants or any other fees. I don't think I would get a call back from any of them, they don't even call back their tenants that they are managing.



HISTORY of Spanish Cay LLC and Streetlight years of not taking care of properties

Spanish Cay LLC as stated has used many Property Rental Management Companies to maintain it's properties such as (Special Report on STREET LIGHT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT) Maybe you've heard about them? You can find on Google many complaints from Tenants regarding Street Light who had handled and maintained Spanish Cay LLC properties from not fixing issues for years to tenants getting their water shut off. Here is just two of many complaints and you can find photos at STLPM here:



No doubt States and Cities and Lawmakers in Washington DC need to bring immediate attention to what is happening to renters who LLC's & Big Corporations who are in it for the money while their tenants have to deal with poorly ran Rental Management Companies that do not follow States & Counties laws or work Permits or use non Licensed contractors placing their tenants in danger and years and years of deadbeat property owners who do not follow any landlord tenant laws. Hopefully the City Of Cleveland, Ohio Council Members will address these issues and look out for its citizens when Big LLC or Small LLC waltz into town and cause more problems for its tax paying citizens struggling due to inflation and higher rental cost.


No attempt has been made to send Spanish Cay LLC a email or place a phone call, the Ghostly Spanish Cay LLC cannot be contacted by those methods because I couldn't find any direct contact information, I would have contacted them immediately.

CLEVELAND, OH - TENANT CONCERNS OF SAFETY HAZARD - 3 YEARS CALLS GO UNANSWERED FROM STREET LIGHT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO FIX THE PROBLEMS

A family of 5 with 3 small children out of Cleveland Ohio has been dealing with it raining inside a bedroom growing mold, mildew and now possibly a fire hazard with an electrical problem possibly from the never ending water damage and it has spread from the Bedroom into the Bathroom producing more mold since 2021. 


For 3 years the tenants have consistently called Street Light Rental Management Company out of Cleveland Heights for help to get the problems fixed. Tenant says “they call, wait a few days and sometimes Street Light will call back or they won’t, and when they do call back it’s been the same issues and they come out and not fix the problem they do patch work and now I am concerned about a fire happening!"


Tenant claims prior to the last guy showing up, each time there is someone different to fix the problems and patches it up and claim they will be back and they never do, and now the damage has affected the electrical with lights flickering off and on, "you cannot use the bathroom lighting while putting on any other lighting, it’s a hazard said one of the tenants." The last maintenance man who patched it up 2 times prior and then came out on Feb 5th of this year never called back about the electrical problem, leak in the bedroom and in the bathroom, it is now an electrical fire hazard and they aren't even sure if he even told the management company of the problems.

In recent years Cleveland homes have been being purchased up and rented out with many different Property Management Companies handling Properties. Business Search in Ohio shows that Spanish Cay LLC who owns the home that Street Light Rentals manages has purchased additional 20 properties in the Greater Cleveland Ohio area, they are located in Wyoming and uses a WY UPS Box as their mailing address, it shows Sara Pearson at the Registering Agent in Ohio.

In Wyoming Spanish Cay LLC Registering Agent resigned Marie Hauer and Spanish Cay LLC is no longer in good standing in Wyoming and not registered as a business any longer in that State and gives another address Vancouver, WA PO Box. Additional searches have led to other Companies that Spanish Cay uses Companies Selling Land. At this point, the tenants are the ones that have to live with Mold, Mildew and a Fire Hazard while these Companies do not follow Tenant Landlord State laws of rental properties they own.

My life has been destroyed by a Disinformation Campaigned for the last 13 years! No one has been held accountable for what was done to me, my family.

March 15, 2013 I made a post on my Facebook page as to what took place, it shows Bedford Ohio, my teen son and I do not have anything to do with Obama, Widepoint or Bedford Ohio or the DOD Subcontractor Cecil Shaw who didn't even use her real name. 

This year 2022 all the evidence I had posted of what had taken place was swiped clean from Youtube! Why the coverup? I want to know why a Black Women under the Obama Administration who was a Subcontractor for the DOD lied in 2012 and didn't even use her real name lied about what was done.  The cover-up for the last 10+ years has brought loss of Education, loss of Employment, Abuse by some of my Employers and people being gaslighted and to make them believe all kinds of crazy things about me, my family and continue the lies and deception leaving people in a delusion. 

What had and is taken place is so WIDE spread of lies to the point I was left discredit and no legal help, turned away and I couldn't protect my family only to be more discredited. This is the truth and I have told the truth for 10+ years!  I must tell you once again, you all are being lied to with disinformation misinformation to lead you away from the truth of what took place in America on innocent lives and the innocent lives destroyed for the past 10 years.  I went to the FBI, turned away, I went to major news networks and nothing has ever been done about the crime.

I have her real name as I will not post it as of yet, currently every person I have encountered over the last 10 years has been deceived and those people just happened to be White.  I have tried to defend my family over and over while the people who committed crimes lives a happy life while destroying mine and others and giving you false information on the real truth!  Here is the REAL TRUTH!

When I called to find out why there were DOD certificates placed on my 16 year old teens son cell phone a service that you have to pay for and give identifying information of who you are as a person this was the response I got, it was total lies. Also note my 16 year old son never had a credit card and never gave identifying information, never paid for the service and the cell phone wasn't in his name. My son never needed to deal with DOD -Department of Defense at any level!

I have a phone message left on my cell phone regarding the following, it is true to fact!. Around March 3, 2012 I noticed that a Department of Defense certificate was issued on my son's cell phone. It came from ORC website, you must sign for this type of Certificate and must pay for it. My son was 16 years old at this time and he could not have paid for this service. ECA Certificate it something you ah is a subscriber um uses to gain access into a DOD website and um maybe that's why your son purchased a ECA certificate and has it on his blackberry to use it when he needs to gain access into a DOD website so that's what that is about um he he indicated that he has a SW2 certificate a possibility that certificate has already expired um just give me a call back and I can let you know the status of that and like I said it isn't something your being charged monthly for it is something he needed a certificate for to gain access to a DOD website give me a call back when you get a chance 703-246-8527 have a good day bye bye


As of today, no one has been held responsible!  Now you see in America Marxism flourishing.  The advice that I need to give you is if you don't speak to me directly and you go off of what others say to you and you haven't asked me you are doing a disservice and continuing the COVER UP of what was done to my family and not holding people accountable of what they did. Before Article Was Published to Social Media and other locations online I sent an email with the Article to Krista Sullivan at Vicinia Property Management and to Manager Brandy Youell to get a comment or a response, I did get a email from a Loni Hale from Customer Service but not Krista Sullivan or Brandy Youell.  

Loni Hale response was more concerned if I was a resident and didn't address any of the residences concerns regarding a fire hazard or problems with mismanagement. No current update has been given to the residence of Valore At Hidden Hills with regards to demanding payments and other changes set by the New Terms given to some residence by Vicinia Property Management and no signed updated rental leasing agreements signed by the residence from the new owner or Vicinia Property Management.

Problems with mismanagement rental property scared its residents
with eviction notices and safety fire concerns at Valore at Hidden Hills Apartments.
 
The safety concerns at Valore at Hidden Hills is a fire safety issue and management issue. The first issue, the steps that leads to the top level to residents apartments has been cautioned off with caution tape without any platform just an opening hole with no flooring and has been left that way for months and months without maintenance fixing it, if there was a fire blocking from other exits the residents wouldn’t be able to escape down the stairs to exit from the fire.

The second issue, today residents of Valore at Hidden Hills were met with a New Management Company called Vicinia Property Management handing out pink slips on residence doors of possible eviction notices, supposedly money owed for monthly rental fee’s and other services, this is the third property management company within the last year the residents of Valore has had to deal with, one resident who received a pink slip notice by the new management company said he hadn’t paid his garbage bill in 2 years and another resident said he was being charged $500 dollars for the same problem and the resident said the fees are included in their rental leasing agreement. 

Residents in Evansville at Valore getting a letter demanding money of what they had supposedly owed and shocked and didn’t know they owed and worrying if they'd be thrown out on the street and turned away by the new property manager Will. The property manager Will wouldn’t take any money orders and told residents they would have to pay in full or be evicted.

Vicinia property manager placed notices and tact them on the doors of a large amount of people today, people showing up at the rental office met with no one in the office like they have for months and when people knocked on the door no one answered, one lady was persistent knocking on the rental office door, finally someone in the office opened the door and she talked with a Will Warfield the property manager/agent for owner, the resident problem was she received an evict notice demanding payment in full, her house had burnt down and was staying as a resident while her house is being rebuilt and her insurance company paid her rental fee’s and the new Property Agents causing her more stress and causing her more worries after dealing with a fire that destroyed her home and demanding she pay, another resident left in tears as the property agent was telling her it was her fault for living paycheck to paycheck and she was just making up excuses, she advised him the lockbox was removed some time ago and he refused to believe her and said he watched the maintenance worker remove it. He told her to use Paypal to make a payment or cash app which is not in her lease agreement. She also mentioned that the website was taken down and he told her she was making excuses, she said to me, prior arrangements with the last Management Company that was working with her and when she was speaking with Will the new agent and she was backing up and he was getting closer and closer to her and made her feel very uncomfortable as in he was intimidating her, he wouldn't take her money orders.

There haven't been any new leasing agreements made by the new property owners for the residents of Valore at Hidden Hills and the new management is shifting the blame on it's residence for the mismanagement from months and months prior worth of having no official property management leaving the residence with lots of questions on what the new company intentions are, the new company showed those intentions today, residence met with not very friendly property agent and mean and demanding money or be evicted and residence turned away.

Another problem for some residents who always paid through a lockbox at the rental office for over a year was met with no lockbox to place their payment and no address to mail their payment, the lockbox was removed without notice and Will lied to the resident stating it was removed last week. No rental property manager has been available for months to assistance the residents with any of their questions, there hasn’t been any rental agent to assist as both workers quit prior to the new management company and the residence has already been dealing with their 2nd management company and now the third, Vincina. 

Residence receive one notice on Sept 1, 2022 from Krista Sullivan Vice President of Operations by the New Management Company stating the new payment terms, residents were told to use PayPal to make their rental payment forcing them not to have any other way to make their rental payment and no working website to make a payment and it hasn’t been working for a couple of months and non working phone numbers. On Sept 1, 2022 the new management made new arrangements with no new lease agreement changing the current lease agreement without residence signing new lease agreements with new terms set by the new management company from the Sept 1st notice, now the company is demanding the residence following their new terms not set in residence prior leasing agreements. See photo's below for letters given to some residence.

Residents who received the 1st notice tried calling the phone number and could never get a hold of anyone to discuss paying by other ways and no property manager at the rental leasing office and no lockbox to make a payment and no website as prior to get their balances if any of what they owed, also, some of those Sept 1st notices were laying on the ground that had fallen off the doors of the residents and most likely the residents of Valore didn’t receive the info properly about the new management company and it’s new terms, the new owners didn’t get any new leasing agreements with its residents of Valore at Hidden Hills on the new terms changing their leases without notices or new written agreements or new leases signed by any of the residence.

On Sept 7, 2022 another notice that made it to some residents and not others was similar to the 1st notice; not all residents received the second notice.

On Sept 16, 2022 another notice was tacked on the doors of its residence about an Insurance inspection inside their homes but no mention about fixing the steps for safety concern for its residence on the upper level.

The new management letter given and the evict notices to some of its residents today doesn’t match the tone or philosophy of the letter that some residents received of how lucky the residence of Valore at Hidden Hills would be with a new management company called Vicnina Property Management, within 2 months what they did do to the resident of Valore was shock them, turned them away and made resident cry, be frightened and scared of being evicted with either you pay as they demanded or be evicted and no new leases agreement from the new owners, the residence do not know who owns the property and didn’t get a new rental lease agreement, just demand for money or be evicted!
