I am on several Facebook Groups and I noticed a trend, parent's are being denied what their child is learning and reading or being read to them. One parent stated:

Is this legal? To answer your Question No it's not legal. Get to know and read TITLE 20—EDUCATION PDF. The above parent should hire an attorney or demand an answer and should be told what book the teacher is reading from, even the author of the book and the substance of why it's being read and how that is benefiting your child in his or her education! There are laws that go back as early as 1974 that allows you the parent to see and review everything that is taught in the school your child is attending.  Anyone with reason could conclude; they are either ashamed of what they are teaching or simply afraid or hiding something from you. There isn't any excuses not to be able view what the curriculum is for your child.  

The Current Delusion And Out Of Touch Washington Post Article: 

Parents claim they have the right to shape their kids’ school curriculum. They don’t. 

That above title alone speaks volumes of their delusion! To say that any parent doesn't want their own child to think independently is asinine and idiocy! When SEL set up it was targeted towards 8 Urban districts and not the rest of The United States School population, to base an education program from a total of 8 Urban Districts is also asinine, you left off majority of Parents and Students and what their needs are! 

• We aren't talking about Campbell's Chicken Soup Labels, Chicken soup for the Soul!

• Years people alarmed about Labeling others, especially children. Now it's one big Label Fest!

• Social Emotional Learning is labeling all Children.

Historic and unprecedented changes that will affect millions of children are about to hit our schools; even though it is one of the most controversial topics in the history of mankind, I hear NO ONE talking about it. In November, the California State Board of Education is set to adopt new textbooks for history and social sciences that will carry out the mandates of California Senate Bill 48 (SB48), the FAIR Education Act, which provides for the inclusion of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) perspective in K-12 textbooks.

Did you notice they didn't name it The Education Equity Act?

Parent's concerned for their Children's Education or being questioned by a committee about his motive's is not only proper it's ethical!  

Garland sat in the hot seat and I was taken back by how he dodged the question over and over, see video below and transcript about following Ethical Standards, he repeatedly brought up his memorandum and violence, he kept dodging the questions on Ethics.  So here is a basic Exquisite Guide to Ethical Standards and Conduct as he say's lives with him.  

In the follow Guide Ethical Standards he DID NOT follow and is required as the standard of ethics is required.  He is leaning and not for the benefit of Children's Education but for Survey's provided by Panorama and the income profited off schools.  Here we are 13 Million Survey's later!

Evaluations turned into a Survey?  More Questions need answered.

• What are the actual stats on what Children have received from taking a survey and the benefits for there learning needs? Social Emotional Learning?
• Has Merrick Garland donated any funds to Panorama or any of his own family members donated money? 

 Attorney General Merrick Garland Failed in his Duties he should be removed from his position and he is not of a Ethical Standard in which he is to follow, his son-in-law is making money off of America's Children and the Educational System and Parent's by taking emotion survey's!  Educational system is being exploited in the education world now in which it has become a delusional realm of teaching children not the truth.  

Example calling for Jihad in a White Supremacy World like a Board Member did to a Graduation Class in the State of Virginia, that's the new Educational ethics? Delusional! What in the hell? Calling for Jihad use to be a terrorist term, now if it's used by a board members and it's normal and parents are the terrorist?

you are not respecting our rules our

constitutional norms and the federal law

that directly applies to your activities
