SHOCKING COLLUSION EXPOSED: DOGE AND TEAM VIVEK UNDERMINING OHIO’S ELECTION INTEGRITY THROUGH CENSORSHIP ON X

Dear President Donald J. Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance,
I am compelled to bring to your immediate attention a matter of profound concern that strikes at the heart of our democratic principles—an apparent conspiracy orchestrated by your Senior Advisor, Elon Musk, and Vivek Ramaswamy, which threatens the integrity of Ohio’s gubernatorial election. Freedom of speech is the bedrock of the United States of America, enshrined in the First Amendment, and an open, transparent government is its necessary companion. Yet, actions unfolding on X, under the guise of your administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), suggest a betrayal of these sacred values.

On January 20, 2025, President Trump, you took bold action by issuing the Executive Order “Establishing and Implementing the President’s ‘Department of Government Efficiency’” (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/establishing-and-implementing-the-presidents-department-of-government-efficiency/). This reorganized the U.S. Digital Service into the U.S. DOGE Service, tasking it with modernizing federal technology to maximize efficiency—an admirable goal. Updated on February 6, 2025, this initiative was meant to serve the American people, not to meddle in state elections (https://www.congress.gov/crs-product/IN12493). However, it appears DOGE has been hijacked for a far more sinister purpose.

Elon Musk, your Senior Advisor and a moderator of the X Community “DOGE | Dept of Govt Efficiency” (created November 14, 2024), is collaborating with Vivek Ramaswamy, moderator of the “Team Vivek” X Community (created June 26, 2023). Both communities, boasting over 120,000 members combined, share a single administrator, Robert Johnson (@the_dogereport). This overlap is no coincidence—it’s a calculated power play. Team Vivek, established well before DOGE, is now leveraging the government-branded DOGE platform to bolster Ramaswamy’s campaign for Ohio Governor, silencing dissenters and monopolizing influence in a manner that reeks of impropriety.
Reports have surfaced—and evidence abounds—that both DOGE | Dept of Govt Efficiency and Team Vivek are blocking American voices on X who dare to question this unholy alliance. [Receipts: Exhibits, Descriptions and Photos.] This is not mere moderation; it’s censorship wielded by a senior government advisor, Elon Musk, and a political candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy and their Administrator Robert Johnson and other moderators, to suppress opposition and manipulate Ohio’s electoral process. That DOGE—a federally sanctioned entity—bears the imprimatur of your administration, President Trump, makes this all the more outrageous.
Your own Presidential Action on January 20, 2025, “Restoring Freedom of Speech and Ending Federal Censorship” (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/restoring-freedom-of-speech-and-ending-federal-censorship/), declares: “The First Amendment… enshrines the right of the American people to speak freely in the public square without Government interference.” Yet here we are, witnessing your Senior Advisor, Musk, flouting that very decree. By aligning DOGE with Team Vivek, he is not only undermining your commitment to free expression but also potentially violating Ohio election laws. DOGE was never presented to the American people as a tool to endorse candidates or silence voters—it was meant to enhance efficiency, not erode democracy.
This scandalous collusion between Musk and Ramaswamy, facilitated by a single administrator overseeing both X communities, risks irreparable harm to DOGE’s credibility, Ohio’s election integrity, and the trust of the American people—particularly Ohioans like myself. I urge you, President Trump and Vice President Vance, to investigate this matter with the urgency it demands. The use of a government entity to tip the scales in a state election is a betrayal of your administration’s promises and the principles we hold dear.
