Ramaswamy’s Unholy Crusade: Ohio Conservatives and Pastors Sell Out Christ for a Biotech Obsessed Opportunist

Chimera - Aborted babies scalps onto rats

Opinion: Endorsing a man who champions human-animal hybrids over Christian values betrays Ohio’s faithful this Easter.

As Ohio’s Christians gather to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ this Easter 2025, a dark shadow looms over the state’s political landscape. Vivek Ramaswamy, the biotech billionaire and self-styled conservative darling, has hoodwinked Ohio’s GOP establishment and even some clergy into endorsing his 2026 gubernatorial bid. But beneath the polished veneer of his “America First” rhetoric lies a man whose moral compass is not only misaligned with Christian values but actively hostile to them. Ramaswamy’s disturbing embrace of human-animal chimeras, his cavalier dismissal of pro-life principles, and his reckless policy proposals expose him as an ungodly opportunist—a wolf in sheep’s clothing preying on Ohio’s faithful. Those conservatives and clergy who back him, from Charlie Kirk to local pastors, are not shepherds of Christ’s flock but hypocrites peddling political ambition over divine truth.
Ramaswamy’s Chilling Defense of Human-Animal Hybrids
In a 2007 opinion piece republished by The New York Times, Ramaswamy revealed his true colors, championing the creation of human-animal chimeras as a “valuable experimental tool.” He wrote approvingly of “human-mouse neural chimeras” and “human-monkey hybrids” (so-called “humanzees”), arguing that such experiments could yield breakthroughs for diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. He dismissed ethical objections as mere discomfort with the “unnatural,” equating the creation of hybrid creatures to benign scientific advancements like recombinant DNA. This is not the stance of a man guided by reverence for God’s creation but of one who sees humanity as raw material for a Frankensteinian laboratory.

Worse, Ramaswamy’s views align with the grotesque practices exposed by Judicial Watch at the University of Pittsburgh, where researchers grafted aborted babies’ scalps onto rats and harvested fetal organs, including from viable, full-term infants. These revelations, detailed in Judicial Watch’s reports and echoed by LifeNews, should horrify any Christian. Yet Ramaswamy, who has never publicly disavowed his support for such chimeric research, marches on with endorsements from Ohio’s so-called conservative elite. How can men like U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan, Sen. Bernie Moreno, or State Sen. George Lang—self-professed defenders of faith—stand behind a candidate whose intellectual framework justifies stitching human flesh to rodents? This is not pro-life; it is pro-abomination.

A Pro-Life Facade Shattered by Science Worship

Ramaswamy’s defenders might claim he’s pro-life, pointing to his campaign’s vague nods to “family values.” But his track record tells a different story. His 2007 writings betray a utilitarian view of human life, where ethical boundaries are secondary to scientific “progress.” The same man who shrugs off the creation of human-animal hybrids cannot be trusted to protect the sanctity of the unborn. His silence on the University of Pittsburgh’s fetal harvesting scandal—despite its national exposure—speaks volumes. A true pro-life candidate would condemn such atrocities without hesitation, not hide behind platitudes about “economic excellence.”
Contrast this with the Psalm 22 cry of anguish, prophetically tied to Christ’s suffering on the cross: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Ohio’s Christians should feel that same anguish when their leaders endorse a man who treats God’s creation as a science experiment. Ramaswamy’s vision is not one of deliverance or divine faithfulness but of a godless laboratory where humanity is spliced with beasts for profit and prestige. His campaign’s “Victors not Victims” slogan mocks the ultimate victory of Christ, replacing it with a secular triumph of self-aggrandizement.
Ohio’s Conservative Hypocrites and Clergy Sellouts
The list of Ramaswamy’s endorsers reads like a who’s who of Ohio’s GOP betrayers: Rep. Warren Davidson, State Sen. Terry Johnson, and even national figures like Charlie Kirk. Some of these men drape themselves in the mantle of Christianity, quoting scripture at rallies while propping up a candidate who penned odes to human-animal hybrids. Their hypocrisy is a modern echo of Paul’s warning to the Ephesian elders and in Acts 20:28-30, urging them to guard against “savage wolves” who distort the truth. By endorsing Ramaswamy, these conservatives are not shepherding Ohio’s faithful; they are leading them to a moral slaughter.

The clergy who back Ramaswamy are even more culpable. Pastors who claim to preach the Gospel yet endorse a man who flirts with ungodly science have abandoned their calling. Easter, a time to celebrate Christ’s triumph over death, is no moment to rally behind a candidate whose worldview reduces human life to a lab rat’s graft. These clergy are not proclaiming God’s glory but chasing political clout, betraying the very flock they’re meant to guide. As Psalm 22 transitions from despair to hope in God’s deliverance, Ohio’s Christians must reject these false shepherds and demand leaders who honor the Creator, not those who play god.
Ramaswamy’s Reckless Policies: A Threat to Ohio’s Soul
Beyond his ethical failures, Ramaswamy’s policy proposals are a chaotic assault on Ohio’s future. His plan to slash 50% of the state’s workforce, modeled on his short-lived Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) stint, threatens to gut essential services while prioritizing corporate cronies. His education “reforms”—vouchers for all and merit-based teacher pay—are recycled ideas from Gov. Mike DeWine’s playbook, dressed up as revolutionary to dupe voters. His pledge to eliminate state income tax, while appealing to the wealthy, ignores the $10 billion it generates annually, risking fiscal ruin for schools and infrastructure. And his decision to move Strive Asset Management from Columbus to Dallas last November—while campaigning as Ohio’s champion—exposes his loyalty as skin-deep.

My blog Dare to Challenge Learn - Now You Know have cataloged these flaws, warning Ohioans of Ramaswamy’s “reckless chainsaw” approach and his dubious claim that Hinduism aligns seamlessly with Christianity. His faith, while personal, raises questions when paired with his rejection of Christian ethics on life and creation. Ohioans deserve a governor who embodies the state’s heartland values, not one who peddles a “flawed fusion of faith and policy” to mask his ambition.
A Call to Ohio’s Christians: Reject Ramaswamy’s Ungodly Vision
This Easter, as Ohio’s Christians reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection, they must confront the moral rot within their political ranks. Vivek Ramaswamy is no conservative savior; he is a biotech baron whose fascination with human-animal chimeras and disregard for pro-life principles mock the sanctity of God’s creation. The conservatives and clergy who endorse him—whether out of ignorance, ambition, or blind loyalty to Trump’s nod—are complicit in this betrayal. They have turned from Christ’s teachings, chasing worldly power over eternal truth.
Ohioans must heed Paul’s call to vigilance and reject these false teachers. Ramaswamy’s victory would not glorify God but elevate a man whose ungodly science and self-serving policies threaten the state’s soul. As Psalm 22 reminds us, God’s faithfulness endures even in anguish. Let Ohio’s Christians rise, demand better, and cast out the charlatan who dares to defile their faith for a governor’s seat.
