Why the New 2025 National Security Plan Is a Big Problem - Explained so a 7th grader can get it!

National Security Strategy of the United States of America 2025

Hey! Imagine your school makes a big list of all the dangerous things that could happen, like bullies, strangers, fires, or kids sneaking in weapons. They talk about fixing the doors, adding cameras, and stopping fights… but they only say the word “knife” ONE time, super quiet, and never talk about the kids who keep bragging they want to hurt people with knives. That would feel kinda scary and dumb, right?
You’d think, “Wait, aren’t knives still a huge problem?”That’s pretty much what happened with America’s brand new National Security Strategy that came out in November 2025.

This is the super important paper that tells the President, the Army, the FBI, everybody, how to keep our country safe. It’s only 50 pages long, and it talks a lot about:
  • Stopping too many people from crossing the border without permission
  • Being tough on China and Russia
  • Making more stuff here in America instead of buying it from far away
  • Staying out of long, stupid wars
Those things are good ideas! But here’s the scary part: the whole giant plan only says the word “Islam” ONE single time. And it never really talks about the super-dangerous groups who say they hate America because of their twisted version of Islam, like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and lone-wolf attackers who watch their videos.
It mentions “terrorism” a couple times, but it mostly talks about drug gangs or computer hackers. It treats the people who scream “Death to America!” and blow things up the same as regular criminals. That’s like saying a school shooter is the same as the kid who steals your lunch money. They’re not the same at all.
Because the plan is almost totally quiet about the real problem, a lot of grown-ups (and kids) might start thinking, “Oh cool, terrorists who hate us for religious reasons are gone now. We’re 100% safe.” But that’s not true. Those bad guys are still making videos, still teaching hate online, still trying to sneak in or talk people here into doing terrible things.
It’s like the school principal saying, “We fixed bullying!” when the worst bullies are still in the hallway planning something awful. If you don’t name the real danger, people stop watching out for it. And when people stop watching, really bad stuff can happen again.
So yeah, the new plan has some smart ideas, but by barely mentioning the giant danger that’s still out there and only saying “Islam” once, it makes Americans feel way safer than we actually are. That’s not tough; that’s dangerous.
We need leaders who are brave enough to say the name of the problem out loud so we can actually stay safe, not pretend it disappeared.

Why Are Republicans Crushing on Qatar… When Qatar Is Secretly Funding the Woke Stuff They Hate?

Nothing says “I’m here to fight the radical left” like Tucker Carlson on a Qatar beach in a suit and tie, flashing the devilish middle finger in disguise, grinning with a red cocktail in hand next to a Qatari official doing the exact same pose. That photo went viral this week for a reason.

Tucker, the guy who spends every night screaming about “Marxist professors” and “Soros-funded campus mobs” just got flown to Doha, put up in a five-star resort, and paid to interview the emir of the same country that’s been quietly writing the checks for a lot of that campus chaos. And he’s not alone. Trump, GOP congressmen, and half the conservative influencer circuit are doing the same happy-hour dance in the desert.

Look, conservatives love to scream about “radical left campuses,” George Soros money, and pro-Palestine protests ruining America. But a lot of the same Republicans are flying first-class to Qatar, taking gifts, and calling it the most “stable” and “modern” country in the Middle East. That’s wild, because Qatar is quietly paying for a ton of the exact “woke” chaos conservatives say they can’t stand.

Here’s the simple truth in plain English:
Qatar looks super conservative on the outside
  • Absolute monarchy
  • Sharia law
  • Being gay can get you 7 years in prison
  • Women have almost no rights compared to the West

  • Republicans see that and think, “Wow, traditional values! Strong leader! No pronouns in the desert!”

    1. But Qatar spends billions pushing super progressive stuff in the West
      • They own Al Jazeera. The English version is rated “Lean Left” and pushes the same talking points you hear at college protests: “Israel bad, America is imperialist, climate change now, etc.”
      • Their TikTok-style channel AJ+ is basically progressive memes with Qatari money behind them.
    2. Qatar is the #1 foreign donor to American colleges – $6.25 BILLION since 2001
      • Cornell, Georgetown, Northwestern, Texas A&M all have huge campuses in Qatar paid for by the emir.
      • Studies show this money helps spread anti-Israel and pro-Hamas ideas on U.S. campuses.
      • A lot of the “free Palestine” encampments and chants Republicans hate? Follow the money… a bunch of it traces back to Doha.
    3. They host the political leaders of Hamas in five-star hotels while telling the world they’re just “mediators.”

    Republicans still love them
    • Trump flipped from calling Qatar terrorists in 2017 to accepting a $400 million private jet from them in 2025.
    • GOP congressmen took free Thanksgiving trips to Qatar and came back saying how “amazing” everything is.
    • Conservative influencers (yes, including Tucker) get all-expenses-paid vacations and suddenly post, surprise, suddenly post “Qatar is misunderstood!”
Bottom line, Qatar plays both sides perfectly. At home they act ultra-conservative so Republicans think they’re “one of us.” Abroad they dump cash into every left-wing cause: pro-Palestine activism, anti-Israel professors, woke media, UN agencies that bash the West.So next time a conservative screams about “Marxist colleges” or “Soros-funded protests,” just show them Tucker’s beach cocktail photo and ask:
“Why are you cool with Qatar doing the exact same thing… but with way more money and better drinks?”
Qatar isn’t conservative, they’re just rich, smart, and currently playing a huge chunk of the American right like a fiddle.
