Update on the Gender Identity Crisis in America – March 29,
2025
Since this article was originally published on July 26,
2022, the debate surrounding gender identity in America has intensified, with
significant governmental action under President Donald Trump, who took office
in January 2025.
On his first day, January 20, 2025, Trump signed an executive
order titled "Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring
Biological Truth to the Federal Government," which declares that the U.S.
government will recognize only two sexes—male and female—based on immutable
biological classification at birth. This EO explicitly rejects the concept of
gender identity, stating that "'Sex' shall refer to an individual’s
immutable biological classification as either male or female" and is not a
synonym for gender identity. This order rescinds several Biden-era policies,
including Executive Order 13988 (Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the
Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation) and Executive Order 14021
(Guaranteeing an Educational Environment Free From Discrimination on the Basis
of Sex, Including Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity), which had extended
protections for transgender individuals in education and other sectors.
Further, on January 28, 2025, Trump signed another EO aimed
at halting federal support for gender-affirming care for individuals under 19,
prohibiting funding for treatments like puberty blockers and hormone therapy,
which the order describes as "destructive and life-altering
procedures." This move has sparked significant backlash from LGBTQ+
advocacy groups, with organizations like the Human Rights Campaign and Lambda
Legal filing lawsuits, arguing that these orders violate constitutional rights,
including equal protection under the Fifth Amendment and parental rights to
make medical decisions for their children. Some hospitals, fearing loss of
federal funding, have already ceased providing gender-affirming care to
transgender youth, though legal challenges have led to temporary injunctions in
certain cases.
The Trump administration's actions have also impacted
schools, with an EO issued in early February 2025 seeking to block federal
funds from supporting schools that promote "gender ideology,"
including the use of students' preferred pronouns or allowing transgender
students to use facilities aligned with their gender identity. This has
heightened tensions, as parents and educators in states with protective laws,
like California, face uncertainty about federal compliance versus state
mandates. Critics argue that these policies exacerbate the gender identity
crisis by erasing transgender and nonbinary identities from federal
recognition, potentially increasing mental health risks for youth. For
instance, a 2023 CDC survey highlighted that 72% of transgender and
gender-questioning teens experienced persistent sadness, with 1 in 4 attempting
suicide in the past year, underscoring the stakes of this debate.

"Contagion" caused by The US Government Education Policies, Education

The Brainwashing, Gaslighting Mind Control is Full Throttle
on children and families; it's been happening for the last decade, and it is
extremely alarming. It has caused a massive gender contagion, the spreading of
a harmful idea or practice and dysphoria. Due to what a child is taught by
teachers in school who feel the need to get validation to feel comfortable in
society, backed by the Left's World Order, it is force-fed throughout the
school day. For example, in some U.S. school districts, teachers are required
to use students' preferred pronouns and integrate gender identity lessons into
curricula as early as kindergarten, such as the "Gender Unicorn"

Now it's in all facets of our society; you cannot have a conversation any
longer with the far left and disagree with LWO. The blame shifts onto you as a
parent; you are the problem hate-monger. It is no longer a two-sided
conversation; it is one-sided, and if you don't go along, your part of the
problem, and you are hate-filled, racist, phobic, and biased. How dare you
disagree!
Labeling a Contagion can be defined as a "Copycat"
The Left's World Order says your child is defined by
this/they/he/him/her/she and a whole slew of other pronouns embedded in an
8-hour school day, and it's become a contagion not only in words, but a child
will want to be liked by the teacher, and the child repeats what is learned,
and that child repeats to others and starts to believe it. A mother from
Virginia shared, "My 12-year-old came home asking if she could be 'they'
because her teacher said it’s normal to explore identity. She never questioned

You, as a parent, are now fighting an ideology that has crept into your child's
mind, and you, as the parent, have been shut out of your child's real
personality that you have attempted to mold since birth. Your child has been
taken over like a robot and playing out his or her new gender identity, leaving
you feeling shell-shocked.
Suicide Contagion
Suicide Contagion, like in Ohio - Since Aug. 13, 2018 - 12
teens living in the Perry, Plain, Jackson, Northwest, and Canton Local school
districts have died by suicide, prompting local mental health experts to label
it a suicide contagion and rattling residents who continue to search for

cluster and Suicide Copycat - on page 12 of the report. Knowledge about the
mechanisms underlying clustering of suicides is still emerging; imitation and
identification are two factors hypothesized to increase the likelihood of
suicide clusters. Imitation has been defined as initiation of a behavior after
observation of a similar behavior in others. In terms of suicidal behavior,
this is often colloquially referred to as "copycat" suicidal acts.
Identification is a psychological phenomenon where an individual
self-identifies. Among vulnerable persons, direct or indirect exposure to
suicide may increase the risk of subsequent suicide. Known harmful direct
exposures include a close relationship with a person who died by suicide or
observing a suicidal act. Known indirect harmful exposures include watching
television news coverage of a celebrity suicide or hearing about a suicide by

Unions, School Boards, and people inside schools and the Government silence

For instance, in the UK, the Tavistock Clinic saw a 4,400% increase in
referrals for gender dysphoria among girls over a decade, linked by some

I am not a medical professional but one with common sense or
to make sense of what is going on; the conclusion is "A Gender
Contagion," a taught behavior. The increase of self-identification in one
generation has changed.If you looked at the chart and applied the same principles
as a Suicide Contagion, it's alarming; the chart indeed shows there is a Major

To back that up as a Gender Contagion, looking at the chart,
you'll see an increase in one generation - in 2020, a new record high. Gen Z,
newly added to the latest edition of a survey by Gallup, is the gayest
generation in terms of self-identification.

After reading about the Suicide Contagion in Ohio on
Children, I read up on it, and what I noticed was Gender Ideology introduced in
schools with Gender Identification using pronouns, and it has the same
principles of cause and effect of a spread (contagion) changing the way a child
sees oneself after being introduced to Pronouns and other Gender Ideology
conformity placed on children in the classroom, social media, and other factors
in the last decade.
Some argue that teaching gender identity in schools supports
inclusivity and mental health for transgender youth, citing studies like those
from The Trevor Project showing reduced suicide rates with affirmation (source:

However, this overlooks the risk of overgeneralization, where impressionable
children without prior dysphoria adopt identities due to social pressure, not
innate need, mirroring the copycat effect seen in suicide clusters. The rapid
rise in identification suggests external influence over organic development.
