In Cleveland, Ohio, Numerous complaints by tenants who have waited years for fixes within their homes and channeling through many different Rental Property Management Companies who either don't call back, do patch work, never show up and in some cases the tenants' water has been shut off and non licensed contractors show up! The LLC's or Corporations are never held accountable!

No doubt States and Cities and Lawmakers in Washington DC need to bring immediate attention to what is happening to renters who LLC's & Big Corporations who are in it for the money while their tenants have to deal with poorly ran Rental Management Companies that do not follow States & Counties laws or work Permits or use non Licensed contractors placing their tenants in danger and years and years of deadbeat property owners who do not follow any landlord tenant laws. Hopefully the City Of Cleveland, Ohio Council Members will address these issues and look out for its citizens when Big LLC or Small LLC waltz into town and cause more problems for its tax paying citizens struggling due to inflation and higher rental cost.
