2012 an Obama Sub Contractor for the DOD Committed Crimes on a 16 year old Teen Cell Phone who didn't used her real name! See Screen Shot from 2012
My life has been destroyed by a Disinformation Campaigned for the last 13 years! No one has been held accountable for what was done to me, my family.
March 15, 2013 I made a post on my Facebook page as to what took place, it shows Bedford Ohio, my teen son and I do not have anything to do with Obama, Widepoint or Bedford Ohio or the DOD Subcontractor Cecil Shaw who didn't even use her real name.
This year 2022 all the evidence I had posted of what had taken place was swiped clean from Youtube! Why the coverup? I want to know why a Black Women under the Obama Administration who was a Subcontractor for the DOD lied in 2012 and didn't even use her real name lied about what was done. The cover-up for the last 10+ years has brought loss of Education, loss of Employment, Abuse by some of my Employers and people being gaslighted and to make them believe all kinds of crazy things about me, my family and continue the lies and deception leaving people in a delusion.
What had and is taken place is so WIDE spread of lies to the point I was left discredit and no legal help, turned away and I couldn't protect my family only to be more discredited. This is the truth and I have told the truth for 10+ years! I must tell you once again, you all are being lied to with disinformation misinformation to lead you away from the truth of what took place in America on innocent lives and the innocent lives destroyed for the past 10 years. I went to the FBI, turned away, I went to major news networks and nothing has ever been done about the crime.
I have her real name as I will not post it as of yet, currently every person I have encountered over the last 10 years has been deceived and those people just happened to be White. I have tried to defend my family over and over while the people who committed crimes lives a happy life while destroying mine and others and giving you false information on the real truth! Here is the REAL TRUTH!
When I called to find out why there were DOD certificates placed on my 16 year old teens son cell phone a service that you have to pay for and give identifying information of who you are as a person this was the response I got, it was total lies. Also note my 16 year old son never had a credit card and never gave identifying information, never paid for the service and the cell phone wasn't in his name. My son never needed to deal with DOD -Department of Defense at any level!
I have a phone message left on my cell phone regarding the following, it is true to fact!. Around March 3, 2012 I noticed that a Department of Defense certificate was issued on my son's cell phone. It came from ORC website, you must sign for this type of Certificate and must pay for it. My son was 16 years old at this time and he could not have paid for this service. Here is the website. http://eca.orc.com/policies/
Here is the message left by Mrs Shaw on my voice mail, I have transcribed it.
caller id shows 703-273-0578
A Hello Barbara, this is Celia Shaw from ORC you contacted me um you were concerned about um you indicated that your son has a blackberry that had ECA certificates on it and um and you want to know what they were and what they were about just give me a call back ah it isn't something that you get some kind of monthly fee on that being charged to his phone or something like that but what it is a
ECA Certificate it something you ah is a subscriber um uses to gain access into a DOD website and um maybe that's why your son purchased a ECA certificate and has it on his blackberry to use it when he needs to gain access into a DOD website so that's what that is about um he he indicated that he has a SW2 certificate a possibility that certificate has already expired um just give me a call back and I can let you know the status of that and like I said it isn't something your being charged monthly for it is something he needed a certificate for to gain access to a DOD website give me a call back when you get a chance 703-246-8527 have a good day bye bye
As of today, no one has been held responsible! Now you see in America Marxism flourishing. The advice that I need to give you is if you don't speak to me directly and you go off of what others say to you and you haven't asked me you are doing a disservice and continuing the COVER UP of what was done to my family and not holding people accountable of what they did. I have more information and would be more then willing to speak to any authority or anyone willing to help me.
When looking at the above photo, did you see a tiny bird in a spoon? or did you see a large spoon with a tiny bird? or did you see the same size spoon as the bird?
I read on a blog recently “knowledge is power.” Now using this knowledge in a constructive and not hurtful/harmful way would be the way to go, using knowledge because you might be on a power trip or you are thinking that you have an advantage over someone or some situation would not necessary be the way to go. This is where vulnerabilities comes in, for you or the other person or whatever that maybe in the knowledge that you are giving up/or not giving up. Being vulnerable?, Here my Metaphor on this tiny bird, this bird is very vulnerable. What did you see in the photo? My Metaphor is not about race, but knowledge is power and that can make or break any human. When a group of people have an agenda it effects the vulnerable.
Education Equity. Who are the Majority and Minority by Race and Poverty Level?
Perception
I am going to go out of the norm and look at the stats in a sorta different way, a different perception because it does matter how you perceive. Perception and what it actually is. Your perception may vary when things become emotional over what has been occurring with a group of people who have been placing Critical Race Theory into the classroom or your job, your perception isn't wrong something is wrong.
30 plus years of real Equity in the Education system has been replace with Inequity; lack of fairness, used by people of Brown or Black skin people throughout the Education System and the Work Force within the United States of America claiming that Whites are and will always be racist towards Brown or Black people and that it has a disadvantage because you are racist and your child in pre-school to 12th grade must learn that all White people are racist and have had White Privilege's.
No matter what you do or say you are still a racist, not all people think this way just the ones who believe you should know you are a racist and that every child in school or work place should accommodate Brown or Black people.
The word "Equity" has been used throughout the Education System for more years then what you think. The word Equity:justice according to natural law or right specifically: freedom from bias or favoritism. You don't favor one over the other and it's suppose to be fair in Education for all Students. The civil rights laws enforced by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) protect all students, regardless of religious identity, from discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, and age.
For the following question; Education Equity. Who are the Majority and Minority by Race and Poverty Status?
I am going to use term Equity. Why? Because the word "Equity" is being used in a variety of different definitions and meanings throughout Social Media and the News Media and The Education System and Workforce. The new implementation of Equity is being used as a Race tool in Schools and at your place of employment. Therefore my color of my Brown or Black skin matters and it's inequity not really equity but calling for equity, confused? That's the point.
There is one thing that isn't confusing, the people who are claiming you are racist because you are White believe you are, they are not confused about it and they have no problem forcing that onto you or your child.
Equity will be defined as "Fairness" in my Dare to Ask. Inequity: lack of fairness or justice.
The Education System has defined the Minority as all other races - non White.
I will use the following definitions: Majority Group and Minority Group
Minority group - A minority group, are fewer in numbers than the Majority.
Majority groups - Are often statistical majorities, meaning the group with the most people.
Majority
As of 2020 there are 325.7 Million people in America, the Majority would be White.
The Total of 37.2 Million American's are at Poverty Status out of the total of 325.7 Million people.
The Total of White American's is 194.3 Million.
72.3 Million American's are under the age of 18. 11.6 Million of those under 18 years old fall under the poverty status under Federal Guidelines.
Of the 194.3 Million of American's who are at poverty level there are 15.9 Million total American's who are White that are at the poverty level status.
Minority
As of 2020 there are 325.7 Million people in America. Rates below 2021.
The Total of Black American's is 43.4 Million
Out of the 43.4 Million Black American's in Poverty Status is 8.5 Million that fall under the Status of Poverty Federal Guidelines.
There are 20.2 Million Asian's - 1.6 Million are at Poverty Status
Hispanic and other Race 61.2 Million - 10.4 Million are at Poverty Status
Based on Poverty - "Equity" Fairness
The following video below is Beck Pringle from The National Education Association who thinks we should confront Racism and what her student thinks, at a young age we can place anything we want into to minds when one has an agenda. SEL was developed for the Urban Community and not for the whole Majority just for the Minority. Poverty comes in all races.
Critical Race Theory is based on the premise that White people have to much and has been harmful to others because White People are the Racist ones out of all Races.
From the above Poverty stats the Majority are White People and is at the higher rate of poverty because their are more White people then non White people.
Lawmakers and boards of education in many U.S. states have proposed limiting what teachers can teach about race. National Education Association President Becky Pringle spoke with Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers on CBSN about how teachers are fighting back and why many believe students should learn about systemic racism.
When you implement a school program it's suppose to fair "Equity" Social Emotional Learning and Critical Race Theory is inequity -- unfair and the guilt placed as therefore I am White person and I have too much and you are a racist because you are White, that is untrue as there are White People who live in poverty.
What is Critical Race Theory (CRT)?
Critical Race Theory claims that American society is fundamentally racist and that it is organized to help the white race oppress “people of color.” Some terms that are common to CRT and that have been defined by CRT theorists are “white privilege,” “whiteness,” “white supremacy,” “unconscious bias,” “implicit bias,” “systemic racism,” and “institutionalized racism.” At times, CRT proponents support affirmative action and reparations. Under CRT, only a member of a given “oppressed” minority has the right to speak about the racism that affects them. CRT generally denies that America is a meritocracy, or even that a meritocracy is a just society. A key goal of CRT is “equity” (or equality of outcomes) for all people or at least all groups. Equal opportunity is rarely mentioned because CRT proponents believe that this is not possible in a fundamentally racist society like America.

Quote from Beth: "What I cannot tolerate is being told how to teach by people who have never stepped foot in my classroom.)
How many teachers have been silenced over the intimidation over Critical Race Theory? Beth Richardson who writes for Real Clear Education who is leaving the Union, she is a Special Education Teacher and has been for 2 decades. The affect's of losing such specialist in the Educational System is detrimental not only for students but for the future of America's Education System.
In my post yesterday, The New Roll of Teachers who are expected to implement a whole new way of learning and get a crash course on SEL (Social Emotional Learning) EXPOLOSIVE! THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES CERTIFIED TRAINING - THE NEW ROLL OF TEACHERS ARE COUNSELORS. SELthrow in the mix of Critical Race Theory and you have teachers leaving, if that's not bad enough teachers are trying to leave the union and are getting flack that they have to continue to pay dues. She is not alone in her battle, other teachers are trying to leave the union as well.
Due to Critical Race Theory and SEL and telling decade old teachers how to teach; it does have dire affects on teachers and students across America, as stated before; Was that the intent after-all? Shortage of teachers, shortage of hospital staff.
What shall we do?
Show up to each and every Board Meeting Voice your concerns in non violent way and get involved in your child's school. Group together with other parents and teachers. Teachers also need support from the parents and their community.
I have been a middle school special education teacher for 18 years. Every day I spend in the classroom is a joy – the work is hard, but so rewarding – and with almost two decades of experience, I know how my students learn best.
Imagine my surprise when the California Teachers Association – which spends zero days per year with students – tries to tell teachers how to run their classrooms.
Like many teachers across the state, I have watched nervously as schools begin to adopt curriculums that include Critical Race Theory – a concept I believe would do incredible harm to our children and our country, as it requires every lesson we teach to be presented and understood through the lens of race. While my school, thankfully, has yet to embrace this unproven theory, I fear it may only be a matter of time.
Adopting CRT certainly seems to be the direction our state union is taking, following the lead of the National Education Association, which recently announced that it will promote the theory and actively push back against anything it sees as “anti-CRT rhetoric.” We’re already seeing how these kinds of ideas can creep into the classroom and harm student education. Some educators in my state are pushing to redefine math, taking the focus off of the “right answer” becausepointing out a wrong answer is supposedly a form of white supremacy.
If we can no longer teach the difference between correct and incorrect, what is the point of teaching? I’ve been a dues-paying union member for about three years, and while I frequently disagreed with the political direction of my union, I maintained my membership because I thought it necessary to keep my benefits.
This desperate push for critical race theory, and the forcing of teachers to adopt this curriculum, no matter our beliefs, is the final straw. I could tolerate being told whom to vote for. I could tolerate paying for legal representation that is, frankly, subpar. What I cannot tolerate is being told how to teach by people who have never stepped foot in my classroom.
So I’m leaving my union. Or at least I’m trying to leave. Despite the Supreme Court’s decision in Janus, which states that collecting union dues from non-members is a violation of the First Amendment, my request to leave the union was met with: “Sorry, try again.”
After submitting my request to forgo membership, I received a letter from the CTA informing me that I must continue to pay my dues. “While you may drop your membership through your local,” the letter says, “the agreement to pay dues continues… regardless of membership status.” Indeed, a teacher can only “revoke [their] dues authorization by sending written notice… not less than thirty (30) days and not more than sixty (60) days before the annual anniversary date of the agreement.”
Let me get this straight: I have to continue paying dues to an organization I do not support for an entire year? Next time I’ll make sure my political breaking point lines up with the union’s arbitrary 30-day period.
I’m not alone in this battle with the union – at least eight other teachers in my district are trying to leave, for various reasons. They, too, missed this arbitrary 30-day window and are stuck financially supporting a radical political platform for another year.
As the educator entrusted to lead my classroom, I should have a say in what and how I teach. I want to make sure all my students succeed and are set up for a life of purpose and fulfillment. CRT threatens that future, replacing equal opportunity in the classroom with a curriculum that pits groups against one another. I feel that it’s my responsibility to stand up for my students. The day I’m told that I have to change my curriculum is the day I’ll retire. Until then, I’d rather not be compelled to give part of my paycheck to an organization that puts its political agenda above the education of America’s kids.
