The Most Famous Classroom in the World Using Psychological Behavioral Training! Social-Emotional Learning Classical Conditioning.

Dare Challenge Learn Presents

The Most Famous Classroom in the World! Showing How Classical Conditioning Is Done On Children Using Verbal Reinforcement With Repetitive Sound.

You will have clarity beyond clarity and you will only come to one conclusion! Once you are done viewing and listening to video please continue reading below.  Before going any further in reading, Stop! You have to Watch a short 6 minute video to understand what is taking place (Indoctrination) and of this very day it's now throughout America's Education System. Here we are two decades later and SEL and CRT are in Full Throttle aka Control by way of Psychological Methods on Children. Question: What was your total after watching the video?

Now you know!
Please see at the bottom of the page your rights for use of Video.

SEL Social Emotional Learning is now one of the most heated topics in America and here lies one of the many problems with SEL "Conditioning a Child" and the psychological aspects of teachings Behavioral Modifications on all children. I am now fully convinced that no child should ever attend a Government funded school. Schools are not Mental Health Facilities and they have NO RIGHT'S to Psychologically use such Training on anyone. Please read further to learn more about the Psychological Babble placed in your child's life - Education Training in which SEL is part of teaching method of Conditioning.

I am a parent who has dealt with a variety of Teachers, School Administrators, School counselors and School Psychologist and even a Psychiatrist for my child and I thought they all believed in do no harm I was wrong. The main goals with a child with emotional or a learning problems is to get the child healthy in mind, learning and overall into a productive healthy adult.

Not all children have infractions in school, SEL is universal in all facets of Behavioral Modification. Example: Maybe your child laughing at something and SEL conditions your child to think differently (by conditioning) not to laugh. There are endless ways to alter the mind of a child when using conditioning training. Social Emotional Learning and your teacher is teaching SEL and not all Teachers have the same way of teaching or same values and can easily manipulate however they want to and not all human-being have the best intentions even if they are a teacher and as one parent described - "How to turn black against white and child against parent.)

In prior years I have read about Pavlov dogs, why? because I am person who was gaslighted by a spouse, conditioning is part of the Gaslighting Technique and at that time I didn't take a deep dive into the Education aspect of Conditioning and how it has shaped America's Education system I was looking at an action a person does repetitive (such as sounds) and how the party who is being condition is being affected (altering ones behavior) and I stumbled upon Pavlov Dogs.

The following (Video -Classical Conditioning - Ivan Pavlov) Please watch a 3 1/2 minute video before reading further to understand Pavlov Dogs Experiment to understand part of SEL psychological conditioning your child is getting in the classroom which includes other Psychological methods that are embed in Social Emotional Learning.

The following people shaped early education in a variety of Psychological methods. I am focusing on just 2 Individuals Pavlov and Thorndike who are the early pioneers on conditioning. Others who have shaped America's Education Teaching Methods you can learn additional facts here and who they are.

  • 1849–1936 Ivan Petrovich Pavlov - he was a Russian physiologist known primarily for his work in classical conditioning: Classical conditioning (also known as Pavlovian or respondent conditioning) is learning through association and was discovered by Pavlov, a Russian physiologist.
  • 1874–1949 Edward Thorndikecame up with the concept of instrumental conditioning and, like Pavlov, reached his main conclusions using data gained through animal-based experimentation.

Social-Emotional Learning: K–12 Education as New Age Nanny State gives you everything that is wrong with SEL. Here are 2 in particular I would like to point out to you and I highly suggest you read the entire paper.
  • "Where Did SEL Come From? SEL is deeply rooted in the history of American progressive education. Early-20th-century progressive educators such as Edward Thorndike of Columbia University Teachers College advocated linking education with psychology. Thorndike equated “learning” with “training,” and believed in the approach of “learning by conditioning.” Children, like Pavlov’s dogs, could be conditioned to exhibit the desired behaviors by a system of positive or negative consequences linked to particular actions. John Dewey, as used in totalitarian societies, he lauded “ the marvelous developments of progressive educational ideas and practices” and “the required collective and cooperative mentality.” He was convinced that “the great task of the school is to counteract and transform those domestic and neighborhood tendencies the influence of the home and Church.”
  • The paper analyzes the scientific research support for SEL claims and finds it much less persuasive than advertised. The paper further addresses the numerous problems in assessing SEL—problems that are acknowledged even by the experts and most dedicated proponents of the movement. It turns out there’s no reliable, objective way to measure a student’s personality, values, and mindsets.

THE DATA MINING OF AMERICA’S KIDS SHOULD BE A NATIONAL SCANDAL

Dare to Ask and Challenge!

The Data Mining of America’s Kids Should Be a National Scandal

By Asra Q. Nomani & Erika SanziOctober 27, 2021

On a recent Saturday night, Caroline Licwinko, a mother of three, a law school student and the coach to her daughter’s cheerleading squad, sat in front of her laptop and tapped three words into an internet search engine: “Panorama. Survey. Results.”

Within three clicks, Licwinko was in an online “dashboard” created by Panorama Education Inc., a government contractor hired by school districts to gauge their students’ “social and emotional learning.” However, Panorama digs far deeper than whether students might feel depressed or lonely, raising serious public policy questions. It asks all kinds of prying questions, including gender and sexual orientation and views on racial issues. Licwinko and her husband, Eric, became concerned in September when their sons’ school, North Hunterdon High School, told parents they were sending students a Panorama survey. Although they opted their sons out, as parents are ostensibly allowed to do, their sons were sent the survey anyway. What’s more, a school official confirmed to them, the private information of all students – including whether they receive special education services and free and reduced meals – was sent across four state lines to Panorama, based in Boston. Last week, Panorama refused to give the Licwinkos the data the company received on their children.

“They are data mining and psychologically profiling our kids. The questions they are asking are absolutely inappropriate in a school setting,” says Licwinko. “Schools have sold our children’s privacy to a data analytics company that is tracking attendance, behavior, and family’s financial status.”

Raising questions at the House hearing about a possible conflict of interest, Garland’s son-in-law is a co-founder of Panorama, and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and other big-name venture capitalists from Big Tech are investors.

School districts defend the decision to hire companies like Panorama, claiming that addressing students’ “social and emotional learning” helps identify struggling kids through another sales product, the “Early Warning System,” that gives students a rating based on algorithms. But concerned parents see the surveys as fishing expeditions that violate privacy and give activist school boards cover to infuse curricula with divisive ideology, from “queer theory” to critical race theory, which teaches that society’s ills must be viewed primarily through the lens of race.

The private information of students that is being exploited is startling. In Licwinko’s search, Portland Public Schools popped up from Oregon. Panorama surveyed students, teachers, and parents in 2019 in 102 schools in the school district. Clicking on “Background Questions” at Alliance High School at Meek Campus, Licwinko saw there were 15 respondents in ninth and tenth grades, and five students responded they were a “Girl / Woman.” Nine said they were “Boy / Man.” One student responded, “Nonbinary.”

To a question, “Are you transgender?” Fourteen said, “No, I am not transgender.” One did not respond.

Next, she read the answers to the question: “How do you describe your sexual orientation?”

Nine students said, “Heterosexual / Straight.” Zero students said “Lesbian,” “Bisexual / Pansexual,” “Queer,” or “Questioning / not sure.” One student said, “Gay.” She also learned students’ feelings about a “Sense of Belonging.”

This data collection isn’t limited to students. Licwinko discovered that 4,191 parents in Portland Public Schools said they were “Heterosexual / Straight,” and 16 parents said they were “Questioning / not sure.” Of the teachers and staff, 67 said they were “Bisexual / Pansexual.”

This mom’s discoveries are just the tip of the iceberg, offering a glimpse of how agenda-driven companies like Panorama are data mining and exploiting America’s children for profit.

Over the past four months, at Parents Defending Education, an advocacy group formed earlier this year to give parents a voice in these matters, we filed 207 requests with public school systems under the Freedom of Information Act and other laws, identifying 122 consultants in a new Consultant Report Card we have published today, with 249 contracts that add up to $19,575,169.45 spent for consultants who teach lessons like, “Defining the ‘N’ word,” including to “3-5 years old” kids, according to a copy of the contract. Earlier this month, we sent a letter to Sen. Richard Blumenthal, chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and Sen. Marsha Blackburn, ranking members of the committee, requesting a hearing on Big Tech’s data mining of America’s children.

One of the biggest contractors is Panorama, a company started in 2013 by two then-Yale undergraduates. Today, they boast they are in 23,000 schools and have statewide contracts in nine states (including Hawaii and Iowa) and the entire District of Columbia. Parents like Licwinko are very concerned Panorama skirt federal and state student privacy laws, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

For example, in Fairfax County, Va., the fine print in the Panorama contract gives new powers for company staff as “school officials.” This contract ought to be considered a clear violation of privacy laws protecting children, especially the strictest laws protecting children under the age of 13. Panorama and Portland Public Schools didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Across the country, parents have been complaining to school boards about the intrusive surveys their children are getting. In Arlington, Va., last week, a father learned that his school district and Panorama only seek “passive parent consent.”

“The data mining of America’s kids should be a national scandal,” says Jennifer McWilliams, a former teacher in Frankton, Ind., and mother investigating the semantic game of “social and emotional learning” and “equity” used as a Trojan horse for consultants with innocuous names like Pacific Educational Group Inc. and Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning, or CASEL. Some, like CASEL, are nonprofits that operate like for-profit companies, with high-profile funders, including Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

In early September, a northern Virginia mother tipped us off to the contract, now worth $2.4 million, that Fairfax County Public Schools signed with Panorama. “Our children = lab rats,” she wrote. Mom Tiffany McCaslin soon learned the school system had sent her daughter’s personal data to Panorama even though she opted her out of the survey. “It’s criminal,” says McCaslin. Indeed, we’ve now learned some children were given the survey even after their parents submitted opt-out forms.

The next month, at the alleged behest of the White House, facing tough political battles stoked by frustrated parents, including the Virginia governor’s race, the National Association of School Boards sent a letter to President Joe Biden, equating protests at school board meetings – carried out largely parents – to “domestic terrorism and hate crimes.” U.S. Attorney General Garland outraged many parents by marshaling the FBI to investigate them.

In New Jersey, Licwinko’s jaw dropped when she heard that Garland’s son-in-law Alexander Tanner is a co-founder of Panorama. She wasn’t satisfied with Garland’s answer, “I don’t know,” when asked if Justice Department officials met with White House and school board officials before his memo was written. In fact, we have learned that school board association staff were speaking to White House officials for “several weeks,” according to an internal email. Further, Licwinko wasn’t convinced by Garland’s argument: “This memorandum does not relate to the financial interests of anyone.”

She wants a hearing on the data mining of students and Garland’s apparent conflict of interest. Now, she has learned another Panorama co-founder, Aaron Feuer, the CEO, is the son of Los Angeles City’s elected attorney, Michael Feuer, who is embroiled in a contracting scandal.

Her daughter’s drawings of unicorns on her office wall, Licwinko is following the data. On her desk, she has copies of federal and state privacy laws. She runs two nonprofits helping vulnerable children. She is unrelenting. “I will not stop,” she says, “until we end this exploitation of our children.”

Dare to Ask - Education Equity. Who are the Majority and Minority by Race and Poverty Status?

Written in Barb Nied 2015 See Original post

When looking at the above photo, did you see a tiny bird in a spoon? or did you see a large spoon with a tiny bird? or did you see the same size spoon as the bird?
I read on a blog recently “knowledge is power.” Now using this knowledge in a constructive and not hurtful/harmful way would be the way to go, using knowledge because you might be on a power trip or you are thinking that you have an advantage over someone or some situation would not necessary be the way to go. This is where vulnerabilities comes in, for you or the other person or whatever that maybe in the knowledge that you are giving up/or not giving up. Being vulnerable?, Here my Metaphor on this tiny bird, this bird is very vulnerable. What did you see in the photo? My Metaphor is not about race, but knowledge is power and that can make or break any human. When a group of people have an agenda it effects the vulnerable.

Education Equity. Who are the Majority and Minority by Race and Poverty Level?

Perception

I am going to go out of the norm and look at the stats in a sorta different way, a different perception because it does matter how you perceive. Perception and what it actually is. Your perception may vary when things become emotional over what has been occurring with a group of people who have been placing Critical Race Theory into the classroom or your job, your perception isn't wrong something is wrong.

30 plus years of real Equity in the Education system has been replace with Inequity; lack of fairness, used by people of Brown or Black skin people throughout the Education System and the Work Force within the United States of America claiming that Whites are and will always be racist towards Brown or Black people and that it has a disadvantage because you are racist and your child in pre-school to 12th grade must learn that all White people are racist and have had White Privilege's.

No matter what you do or say you are still a racist, not all people think this way just the ones who believe you should know you are a racist and that every child in school or work place should accommodate Brown or Black people.

The word "Equity" has been used throughout the Education System for more years then what you think. The word Equity: justice according to natural law or right specifically freedom from bias or favoritism. You don't favor one over the other and it's suppose to be fair in Education for all Students. The civil rights laws enforced by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) protect all students, regardless of religious identity, from discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, and age.

For the following question; Education Equity. Who are the Majority and Minority by Race and Poverty Status?

I am going to use term Equity. Why? Because the word "Equity" is being used in a variety of different definitions and meanings throughout Social Media and the News Media and The Education System and Workforce. The new implementation of Equity is being used as a Race tool in Schools and at your place of employment. Therefore my color of my Brown or Black skin matters and it's inequity not really equity but calling for equity, confused? That's the point.

There is one thing that isn't confusing, the people who are claiming you are racist because you are White believe you are, they are not confused about it and they have no problem forcing that onto you or your child.

Equity will be defined as "Fairness" in my Dare to Ask.
Inequity: lack of fairness or justice.

The Education System has defined the Minority as all other races - non White.

I will use the following definitions: Majority Group and Minority Group

  • Minority groupA minority group, are fewer in numbers than the Majority.
  • Majority groups - Are often statistical majorities, meaning the group with the most people.
Majority

  • As of 2020 there are 325.7 Million people in America, the Majority would be White.
  • The Total of 37.2 Million American's are at Poverty Status out of the total of 325.7 Million people.
  • The Total of White American's is 194.3 Million.
  • 72.3 Million American's are under the age of 18. 11.6 Million of those under 18 years old fall under the poverty status under Federal Guidelines.
  • Of the 194.3 Million of American's who are at poverty level there are 15.9 Million total American's who are White that are at the poverty level status.
Minority

  • As of 2020 there are 325.7 Million people in America. Rates below 2021.
  • The Total of Black American's is 43.4 Million
  • Out of the 43.4 Million Black American's in Poverty Status is 8.5 Million that fall under the Status of Poverty Federal Guidelines.
  • There are 20.2 Million Asian's - 1.6 Million are at Poverty Status
  • Hispanic and other Race 61.2 Million - 10.4 Million are at Poverty Status

Based on Poverty -  "Equity" Fairness

The following video below is Beck Pringle from The National Education Association who thinks we should confront Racism and what her student thinks, at a young age we can place anything we want into to minds when one has an agenda. SEL was developed for the Urban Community and not for the whole Majority just for the Minority. Poverty comes in all races.

  • Critical Race Theory is based on the premise that White people have to much and has been harmful to others because White People are the Racist ones out of all Races.
  • From the above Poverty stats the Majority are White People and is at the higher rate of poverty because their are more White people then non White people.

Lawmakers and boards of education in many U.S. states have proposed limiting what teachers can teach about race. National Education Association President Becky Pringle spoke with Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers on CBSN about how teachers are fighting back and why many believe students should learn about systemic racism.

When you implement a school program it's suppose to fair "Equity" Social Emotional Learning and Critical Race Theory is inequity -- unfair and the guilt placed as therefore I am White person and I have too much and you are a racist because you are White, that is untrue as there are White People who live in poverty.

What is Critical Race Theory (CRT)?
Critical Race Theory claims that American society is fundamentally racist and that it is organized to help the white race oppress “people of color.” Some terms that are common to CRT and that have been defined by CRT theorists are “white privilege,” “whiteness,” “white supremacy,” “unconscious bias,” “implicit bias,” “systemic racism,” and “institutionalized racism.” At times, CRT proponents support affirmative action and reparations. Under CRT, only a member of a given “oppressed” minority has the right to speak about the racism that affects them. CRT generally denies that America is a meritocracy, or even that a meritocracy is a just society. A key goal of CRT is “equity” (or equality of outcomes) for all people or at least all groups. Equal opportunity is rarely mentioned because CRT proponents believe that this is not possible in a fundamentally racist society like America.

I will prove in the follow research what has occurred to the Educational Program SEL Social Emotional Learning and how it's been tainted by intermingling jargon so called Woke Words Called Slave Speak (Equity & Inclusion, CRT) I have research years 1998-2021. How do you get all this Slave Speak Words and Emotional Learning Noticed and Believed? Use Emotional Learning, a program that has spent it's entire existence helping children.  If it sounds like a duck, walks like a duck, it's a duck and what sound does a duck make? Quack Quack!

What is Slave Speak?  My Next Project will be giving you information on Slave Speak.

I took the liberty to do some research for parents on SEL Social Emotional Learning. (CASEL started online in 1999 as Collaborative for the Advancement of Social  and Emotional Learning (CASEL)Department of Psychology.  I couldn't find any business incorporated in 1998 or 1999 in the State of IL, with it being so old possibly the business record from SOS is archived.  As seen in screenshot below SEL started out at The University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Psychology 1998. Below is 1999 👇

Findings

Definition of EQUITY - fairness or justice in the way people are treated

Here is what I found from 1998-2016 No Critical Race Theory.  Equity was always part of the learning processes fairness or justice in the learning structure.

They started in 1994 Collaborative For The Advancement of Social and Emotional Learning was established for low income and minority students to excel. From 2017 to 2021 the shift changed when they went National. In the beginning they focused on Social issues, Aid, Truancy, dropout prevention, multi-cultural education, violence prevention etc. (Read More Here) They focused on implementation and intervention and prevention on every aspect of Mental Health and Social issues, Self-esteem, problem solving between child and adult and many other social issues and at this time not many prevention programs, they focused on implementation Intervention and prevention towards all aspect throughout the educational system towards parent, teachers, administrators and the Educational Community. After reviewing all the information the intention on the following program SEL concept was a great concept. Implement healthy stable children in return leads to having healthy adults while facing Social issues throughout their life may it be home, school, community.

Between  2017 - 2021 - The starting of implementing difference between people (Cultures) and the material changed in assessments and guides and how to implement of talking about differences and even reading material to one specific group (Black & Brown) students and new words.

Opinion: Now here we are at the cross roads of the Government stepping in and getting the FBI involved. Time for the Government and the Education System that oversees what was placed on the Educational System and it was focused on Minority Children. If you study Social Emotional Issues on the Minority and what their needs are and met those needs you left off Non Minority Emotional Social Issues and what that child learning needs are because the thinking is that Minority students need more help then non minority. How is this learning on the same level of learning? Minority vs Non Minority. Equity: therefore it isn't fair or justified when one group over another group of educational needs not being met. To implement Critical Race Theory and SEL towards the Non Minority group and to make it believed that the Non Minority group is at fault for the Minority of Social Emotional Problems. The problematic belief that is currently happening, the Non Minority causes Social Emotional problems on the Minority Students or Adults in the World is absurd. It is not the Parents faults of the New Teaching methods and it should be addressed at the Government level as to why the change in Teaching Methods and the approval of such teaching methods.
